Downloadable Products:

If you are requesting a refund on a downloadable product, you will not receive a refund if you have already downloaded the product. There are no refunds on products that have already been downloaded.

If you have NOT yet downloaded the product, and would like a refund, please request it at: Support@ToriHartman.com

Classes:

No refund for a Class after the Class has taken place. No refunds for cancellations received less than 48 hours.

We will refund 50% of your tuition within 3 business days, defined as Monday – Friday – prior to the Class start time. If you cancel within this time, there are no refunds.

You will get a full refund outside the 21 days or three weeks prior to a class starting.

You may transfer your spot to someone else with prior approval. Mailed request for cancellation must physically arrive our office within the time frame stated above.

Readings:

We do not offer refunds on readings once you have made your purchase.

Request to reschedule a reading appointment less than 24 hours will be treated as a cancellation.

Only one (1) request to reschedule an appointment will be honored provided the request is made more than 24 hours before the original appointment time. No refund or additional rescheduling of reading appointments that were rescheduled pass the original appointment time.

Cancellations of reading appointments should be made by email.

Refund Policy on Intuitive Insider Membership

Please note our refund policy for the Intuitive Insider Club with Tori.

We cannot offer refunds on any special offer yearly or 3 month club membership once you have made your purchase. These offers include bonus downloads that exceed the price you have paid.

You can however, download the meetings at your convenience and listen to them without joining in the calls, however if you decide to cancel your membership early, you will be required to pay the additional amounts due for the downloads you received with your membership, which may exceed the amount paid.

If you are uncertain about which level works for you, we encourage you to take the month option to decide.
