Return Policy
We are confident that your purchase from the Tori Hartman Gift Shop will meet or exceed your expectations. If however if you need to exchange or return your product for any reason, exchange or refund is limited to 15 days after initial delivery.
Before returning a product, clients are required to contact the Tori Hartman Gift Shop to get a return order form at orders@torihartman.com. You will be instructed how to return your product to us. Clients can choose to insure their return package or not, although it is recommended they do. No written reference to jewelry or any other identifiable luxury related words should appear on package. The Tori Hartman Gift Shop cannot be held responsible for return shipping losses. The restocking fee for refunds is 20% of purchase price. Product must be suitable for resale and in original packaging. Shipping service charges are not refundable, and the actual cost of shipping and handling will be calculated at the time of the return.Clients assume shipping costs of returns, except if the return is due to damage or an oversight on the part of the Tori Hartman Gift Shop, in which case return shipping costs are reimbursed. Refunds will only be issued after returned item has been received and inspected by Tori Hartman Gift Shop. |
