Classes:
We do not offer refunds on Classes that have taken place.
If the class has not taken place…
- Less than 72 hours prior to class, no refund will be given.
- Up to 44 days prior to class beginning, we issue credit only. No exceptions.
- 45 days+ prior to a class starting, a full refund will be given.
You may transfer your spot to someone else with approval.

Readings:
We do not offer refunds on readings once you have made your purchase.
Request to reschedule a reading appointment less than 24 hours will be treated as a cancellation.
Only one (1) request to reschedule an appointment will be honored provided the request is made more than 24 hours before the original appointment time. No refund or additional rescheduling of reading appointments that were rescheduled pass the original appointment time.
Cancellations of reading appointments should be made by email.

Refund Policy on Spiritual Club (formerly Intuitive Insider Club) Membership
We do not offer refunds on any memberships. These offers include bonus downloads that exceed the price that you paid. If you are unable to attend the calls, you can download the recordings at your convenience and listen to them.
If you are uncertain if you want to commit to a year, we encourage you to purchase a month then decide. You can change your membership length at any time. Contact support to change or cancel your membership at any time: Support@ToriHartman.com
Please note: We do not cancel retroactively. We will cancel your membership as of your next payment date. Until cancellation, you will have access to the club materials.
