“Will I still benefit if I can’t attend the live meetings?” You will get the most benefit if you can attend all the meetings live, but I realize that this is not always be possible. We all have jobs and families and lives. That being said, all club meetings are recorded so you can listen to them whenever you like. Since the meetings are 20% lecture and 80% experiential you may want to head over to the forums and find a “buddy” who also wants to get together over the phone to do the experiential exercises from the recording. So if you are willing to engage the best you can then you belong with us! |
